We want you to love all of our products. To ensure that what you order is exactly right, we offer free wood finish chips and fabric swatches for most of our products. Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at no charge until the time you receive your shipping confirmation notice. If you cancel after your shipping confirmation is transmitted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

In-Home Delivery

Most of our items are delivered to your home by one of our Preferred Retailers or a professional White Glove delivery service. We believe this is the best for our customers as it means you’ll get your products delivered on your schedule. Your purchases will be hand carried into your home and placed where you specify. You will be given the opportunity to inspect the piece before our carrier leaves. And, in the unlikely event your purchase is found to have damage, our professional team can determine whether repair or replacement is needed. We will take the appropriate corrective action as quickly as possible, but always in less than 30 days. It’s the hassle-free way we want to be treated, and it’s the way you’ll be treated.

After delivery is complete, you have 30 days to return any product to us. It must be in new, unused condition. You will be responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. After receipt and inspection of your return to ensure it is in new, unused condition, we will issue your refund less a 25% restocking fee. Refunds for any item deemed not in new, unused condition, or returned damaged, will be prorated based on its condition. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Goods Shipped Via FedEx or other Common Carrier

Some of our smaller items may be shipped via FedEx or other common carriers. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact our client care team immediately, toll-free at 855-353-1616 or by email at They will help you with either repair or replacement.

Customized or Personalized Products

Products which have been personalized, customized, monogrammed or in any other way altered from our standard design are, as you would expect, not returnable.

Manufacturer’s Defect

We strive to provide you with the most reliable and top-quality products. However, should you suspect your product has a manufacturer’s defect, please refer to the appropriate remedies outlined in our manufacturer’s warranty.
